Branch Manager

City: Corona, CA

Pay: 65k to 85k Plus incentives (Depending on Experience)

Shifts: 8am - 5:00 pm (it may vary)

Elite HR Staffing in Corona, CA office is seeking an experienced Branch Manager, responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations. Duties include hiring staff, managing injuries, recruiting, heading the on-boarding and staff training process, building rapport with clients, creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch

Branch Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

Employee mentorship and leading the charge in client services is imperative. A Branch Manager’s duties include the following in order to ensure that the branch can excel:

  • Ensure all operations of the branch including: recruiting, injuries, payroll and management

  • Managing Marketing media

  • Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities

  • Recruit and interview new employees

  • Assist to ensure overall client satisfaction

  • Oversee reports for budgets and financials

  • Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs

  • Work to grow business and client acquisition

Requirements:

  • Must have 3 years of experience in the staffing industry

  • Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
